Can we get a bus to the Clansman Harbour?
We recommend you use your own transport to get to the Clansman Harbour but for a bus timetable visit
Traveline website. Alternatively, why not book one of our convenient coach and cruise tours which will pick up and drop you off at Inverness Bus Station - you may find this is a more convenient option.
Do the boats have disabled access?
We recommend our "Reflection" cruise which departs from Tomnahurich Bridge aboard Jacobite Queen. This boat has good access for wheelchair users, however, you should note that the toilet and snack bar facilities are reached via steep stairs.
Access at the Clansman harbour is not smooth, there are a number of steps and there is a steep hill with uneven ground before departing on the boat. Wheelchair access is not good on the boats at the Clansman harbour, there is also a steep hill when you disembark at Urquhart Castle and that is why we recommend the “Reflection” tour.
Can I take my dog on a cruise?
Yes, well behaved dogs are more than welcome to board the vessels. Unfortunately we cannot allow dogs to travel on Jacobite coaches and dogs are not permitted in Urquhart Castle. Disability assistance dogs are however welcome on any of our tours or cruises and are also permitted in Urquhart Castle.
Can I park my car at Clansman Harbour and at Tomnahurich Bridge?
Yes, there are ample parking facilities at both the Clansman Harbour and Tomnahurich Bridge.
What do we do if we see Nessie?
You are one of the lucky ones so stay very quiet and try to take a picture!
Do I get my money back if you cancel sailing due to bad weather?
Yes, all monies will be refunded if your cruise/tour is cancelled due to bad weather.
