Jocktoberfest 2018

With the sunshine set to be splitting the sky, what better excuse to venture to the Highlands and soak up the rays whilst enjoying craft organic beer, tasty wood fired pizzas, great company and brilliant music.

Jocktoberfest will be kicking off September 7th and 8th on the Black Isle hosted by The Black Isle Organic Brewery.

The Theme this year? Well it’s One Million BC (before craft) – of course!

Over the years the ever-growing popular festival has seen some incredible costumes and the Jocktoberfest Team are already excited to see what this weekend will bring…

This. Is. Your. Moment! The world is a catwalk and you are the star – work it!

Like every festival – you can’t beat a good bit of food! But be sure to expect much more as all the stops are pulled out offering a wide selection of homemade and homegrown menu options. Did we mention wood fired pizzas? Can we mention them again? Wood. Fired. Pizza’s. Oh, and if that isn’t enough, they are made on a sourdough base to satisfy every inner hipster.

Jocktoberfest is based in and hosted by one of Scotland’s original craft brewers so quality is a must on the agenda. Tantalize your taste buds with the wide selection of drinks from their classic Black Isle Blonde to the Rhubarb Gose German style sour made from organic rhubarb grown from their own farm. You will not be disappointed!

With music from Emma and the Ragmen as well as Hot Rats and Lilura amongst many other talented artists – you’ll be sure to dance the night away!

Camping and caravans are welcome and tickets can be purchased here

And once you have finished indulging what is set to be a brilliant weekend – why not blow off the cobwebs with a cruise on Loch Ness?!
